What is the Change Connecticut PAC hiding?

Connecticut super PACs are required by Connecticut law to disclose the candidates they are supporting or opposing. Change Connecticut PAC appears to have violated this law by failing to disclose how its funds are being used. As a result it is the subject of multiple formal complaints to the State Elections Enforcement Commission for these violations. Below are examples of spending that Change Connecticut claimed were not targeted as of September 25. (The problems with their reporting have continued.)
